Who you are and what you’ll be doing:
We’re looking for a new team member who will help us grow our customer base in The Netherlands. Your role will be pivotal in the success of growing Signable in The Netherlands and so, you will be able to speak Dutch fluently and you will know our product inside out. You will support our customers based in The Netherlands and own the Success of that area whilst communicating any product feedback to Signable’s Head of Customer Success and Head of Product to help ensure churn is kept to our target %.
When you’re not supporting our customers, it will be your job to find potential companies to team up with Signable with the aim of them becoming partners for product reselling. You will do this through market research, communicating the benefits of our products and services in an easy-to-understand way, with the assistance of Signable’s Bristol based marketing team.
Role ownership areas
Our Overseas Business Dev. Exec. will own two metrics for tracking:
- Increasing number of Signable’s Partners based in The Netherlands
- Maintaining happiness of customers and partners in The Netherlands
Main responsibilities will include:
- Being the first point of contact for customer/partner queries in The Netherlands (via phone, livechat, email, customer support software)
- Onboarding new customers/partners quickly and efficiently
- Advising customers on most cost effective options
- Identifying and resolving issues quickly
- Confidently advising when we may not be the ideal solution
- Continual growth of knowledge in our product and how it can help our customers in their roles or industries
- Developing Signable’s partner strategy specific to The Netherlands
- Working towards overseas partner strategy set by Head of Marketing
- Researching all industry sectors and documenting companies which are suitable for contact
- Initiating conversations with potential partners and developing successful relationships
- Nurturing relationships and onboarding partners so they fully understand the use of Signable’s software for reselling to their customer base
- Researching companies and documenting popular integrations for companies specific to the Dutch market
- Liaising with Bristol based marketing team to translate content for Netherlands marketing website & support materials
- Ongoing, ad-hoc translation for marketing materials and product updates
- Fluent in Dutch language
- Fluent in English language
- Experience in a customer facing role
- Experience in developing business relationships
- As a remotely based team member the ability to work as such is a must. We will provide tools such as Slack, Trello and Google Drive to accommodate this.
- Previous work experience based in The Netherlands
- Knowledge of the Dutch market
- Knowledge of eSignatures and their benefits
- Experience with SaaS businesses
- Experience working with and setting OKRs
- Experience in a previous internet based startup
