Signable integrates with Zapier(Beta)

Zapier makes software integration possibilities nearly endless, with 500+ apps to choose from including Salesforce, Zoho and Google Sheets.

Our integration is still in ‘beta’ (or ‘testing’ for the non-techies out there), which means we need you to test it out and let us know what you think!

You don’t need to be a developer to use it!

Zapier allows customers to connect Signable to thousands of other applications. It is massively flexible and can be very powerful but best of all, you don’t need to be a developer to use it! It has a friendly user interphase that allows customers to ‘build’ each zap.  

Zapier is a ‘middleware’ piece of software, it allows you to ‘map’ events from one system into another so that different applications can ‘talk’ to each other.

Each route you ‘map’ is a called a ‘Zap’ and each Zap has a ‘workflow’ with defined steps as to what should happen when an event is triggered. 

So, how do you get started?

Clients should sign-up on the Zapier website to get started.   

And then join the Signable Beta integration. 

Once they accept the Beta invitation, clients will start to see Signable as an option they can choose from with when creating Zaps: 

Keep everything together

This Zapier integration with Signable all data entered by a signer automatically can be exported to a Google Sheets spreadsheet. You can automatically send a specific Signable template out when a new client is added to your CRM or save a signed envelope in your project management software for future reference.
