What is an electronic signature?
An electronic signature is a technology that allows a person to electronically sign a contract online.
Simply put, an electronic signature is the digital version of a paper method of signing signatures on an electronic document. But they’re not just a scribble on a screen, they also legally bind electronic documents in exactly the same way as paper documents.

Yes – Signable complies with all required U.S regulations; namely the ESIGN and UETA acts. The ESIGN act is a federal law to use for interstate and foreign commerce. So, it applies to the whole of the United States, overriding state and local laws.
