Allegiant is a claims management company that helps customers across the UK make claims in areas ranging from car finance and insurance write-offs to scam and fraud. Operating across a variety of sectors, each with its own processes, tools, and requirements, means automation is a top priority. With a team of around 30 and growing fast, Allegiant recognised the need for a solution that could deliver efficient, streamlined services across every type of claim.

The challenge: manual processes slowing things down

Before adopting Signable, some Allegiant workflows required as many as 10–15 people to complete. These processes were slow, resource-heavy, and pulled staff away from other priorities. The combination of Signable’s API, Embedded Signing, and Advanced Electronic Signatures (AES) has transformed Allegiant’s document process. By integrating Signable with their CRM and other third-party platforms, they use automated workflows and deluge scripting to prioritise and send document packs without manual effort.

The introduction of Advanced Electronic Signatures was a pivotal moment. Jason worked closely with the Signable team to demonstrate how AES could be used in practice, and those conversations directly shaped the development of the feature.

Thanks to this integration, Allegiant sees fewer dropped leads, faster turnaround times, and a consistent customer experience – no matter which product the customer is engaging with.
