Signable named ‘Highly Commended’ Best Place to Work 2025

We’re thrilled to share that Signable has been Highly Commended in the Best Place to Work category at the 2025 Tech South West Awards!
While we may not have taken home the full award this year, we are genuinely delighted – and deeply grateful – to be recognised in such a meaningful and competitive category.
This commendation shines a light on what we’ve built together as a business beyond the product. It reflects the environment, values, and sense of belonging our team have shaped over the years, and continue to shape as we grow our teams and invest in the culture that sits at the heart of Signable.
Leading with our culture has always been a fundamental part of who we are. It isn’t always the standard approach in business, but it guides the way we operate. We genuinely care about our people, and we’ve never believed that great work happens without looking after the individuals behind it. When people feel supported, trusted and valued, they naturally want to do their best for the company. There’s no secret formula or hidden agenda, it’s simply how we believe a workplace should be.

The judges were seriously impressed by our innovation, impact and ambition, recognising Signable as a company that puts people first while continuing to make meaningful strides within the South West tech community.
Over the past year, we’ve put even more intention into strengthening what makes Signable a great place to work, supporting progression, encouraging open feedback and continually refining how we work together. Being named Highly Commended shows that those efforts are being felt in a meaningful way.
