Brinkley’s – Who are they?

Brinkleys are an independent agency based in London. They have been in business since 2006 and have branches located in Wimbledon Hill, Wimbledon Park, Putney, Park Lane and a Head Office in Raynes Park. The company’s ethos is “a modern approach to traditional values”.

As a busy business based in the UK’s capital, Brinkleys would send out hundreds of documents each week. Each one required clients to either visit the office to sign, or to be posted to them personally, incurring a lot of postage costs, as well as the inevitable time spent chasing up afterwards.

Their problem…

After deciding that they needed to find a more practical solution, Brinkleys’ started looking for a tool that could help them. Katie Sharp, one of Brinkleys’ many agents, says once found, how quickly Signable was adopted by the company.

Since implementing the software back in 2011, Brinkleys have found that they save dramatically on postage, as well as time usually spent waiting to close deals.

Signable has also benefitted Brinkleys customers, too. Now clients no longer need to take time out of their days to sign a document in person or risk forgetting they need to post it. It gives the opportunity for documents to be reviewed in a timely manner. Katie says “It’s great for our clients … Now they can review their contracts at home and in their own time”.
